Early Life and Background

Nicole Natalie Austin, professionally known as Coco Austin, was born on March 17, 1979, in Tarzana, California, and raised in nearby Palos Verdes. She has Serbian ancestry through her maternal grandparents. At the age of 10, her family relocated to Albuquerque, New Mexico. Growing up, Coco was a tomboy who enjoyed riding all-terrain vehicles and playing football. She began dancing at an early age, training in jazz, tap, and ballet.

Modeling Career

Coco's modeling career commenced at 18, focusing on swimsuit, lingerie, and body modeling. In 1997, she appeared on her first magazine cover for Swimwear Illustrated. The following year, she won the 1998 Miss Ujena contest in Mexico. Her work included appearances in calendars, catalogs, and videos. In 2001, she began working events and parties at the Playboy Mansion. ​

Coco expanded into acting with roles in low-budget R-rated films such as Southwest Babes (2001), Desert Rose (2002), and The Dirty Monks (2004). Coco married rapper and actor Tracy "Ice-T" Marrow in January 2002. The couple renewed their vows in Hollywood on June 4, 2011. They have a daughter, Chanel Nicole, born on November 28, 2015.
